Nicholas Swanner General this whole line all the way to sebastapol is now long gone 6/9/2010 9:20:05 PM
Chris Balducci General I wouldn't be surprised if this bridge was in better shape than the rest of the route by this time! Did this train also have the symbol "JUM"? 6/11/2010 11:45:10 AM
Joe Marascalco General I am not sure if JUM was a nickname that it might have had. In my 1974 ICG Alabama Division timetable, it has the symbol JM-2. 6/13/2010 12:10:50 AM
Zac Blanton General If i'm not mistaken, this is the Northshore Parkway causeway now. This is the Jackson & Eastern i believe 11/27/2011 9:36:41 PM
Joe Marascalco General you are correct, after Jackson & Eastern, it was Gulf Mobile & Northern, then Gulf Mobile & Ohio, then finally, the ICG ruined it 11/27/2011 11:37:25 PM
Zac Blanton General Thats a shame. Well i travel this bridge a few times, mainly because i live not too far from it, and everytime i travel it i think of all the trains that once traveled it. I'm always excited to see pictures of the old GM&O around Jackson, i hope to find more. 11/28/2011 7:39:48 AM
